Depression

Working with psychotherapy techniques, counselling and hypnotherapy can be a highly successful forms of treatment for individuals with depression.​

Anxiety

 

Do you find it difficult to concentrate on tasks at hand?

Is a feeling of fear driving you to behave in ways you wish were different?

Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress. Anxiety is made up of  feelings of fear and/or apprehension about what is about to happen in an hour, at a party or in an exam. The first day of school, going to a job interview, or giving a speech may cause most people to feel fearful and nervous.

With individual or combined techniques such as counselling, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, you will gain benefits in helping you to see out the other side of adversity to ambiguity.  Researched and proven results in these techniques speak for themselves.

Clinical hypnotherapy is now regularly considered as a treatment option for anxiety and depression.
