The initial phase of your treatment involves collaboration between yourself and your therapist to identify cause/s for behaviour and self-confidence issues. Guiding you through your journey of self-discovery and transformation in a safe and supportive environment is my passion.  You will be treated without judgement but most importantly, without the need to return to or focus on any traumatic event (past or current). 


My focus is to empower you to be your best self with the tools you already hold to shape your future in a confident and productive manner.  ​
